After a long deliberation process and vetting numerous contractors, we were impressed with Nierman's knowledge and honest approach and purchased a pool this fall (2025) from NLD. I was not sure they could complete it before the bad weather hit. We signed the contract on 9/19 and the pool was delivered fully complete, ready to use, including patio, fencing and final permits on 11/20. Amazing!! The team on our project was nothing short of highly professional, responsive, tidy and conscientious. They kept a very clean jobsite even when digging the large hole. Their attention to detail was second to none. And when we had a question, and we had alot of them, Tom Nierman, the owner, was quick to reply and always gave clear and concise answers. The result was a beautifully finished pool and patio area delivered on time and per the quoted costs that we will enjoy for decades to come starting early spring of 2026! If you are considering a pool, I highly recommend Nierman Landscape for the project.

We've used Nierman for several projects in our backyard, from landscaping, to a "she-shed"/pool shed to a paver patio to a fiberglass in-ground pool. All of the work was done with a high attention to detail, the communication was great, and the projects came in at or slightly below the estimate. When there were issues, Tom got personally involved to make sure that we were satisfied. Tom came out to our property to discuss our options for "tweaking" our front landscape and restoring our front paver walk. So helpful, not high pressure, and the finished product is outstanding.
