  When our previous snow removal service dropped us this winter without any notice, Ryan stepped in to help us out during the big storm right after Thanksgiving. He has been super responsive (he usually responds to texts within a few minutes) and proactive . He does a very thorough job of removing the snow and salting our driveway, sidewalk and steps. The last time we had snow, he came back the following day to clean up the end of the driveway (where the village's snow plows had dumped more snow while clearing the street) and salt our driveway for a second time. The service we are getting from Ryan is way better than what we used to get from our previous provider.
