If I had to do this all over again, I would choose this team again! From top to bottom, they were great! We are extremely happy with the results. It was a big job, with many bridges to cross. Not once did they say “I don’t think we can do it.” They handled the permit, they handled our difficult yard, while respecting our neighbors yard. Kim in the office always answered my calls and got back to me with answers. Kyle, the foreman, sent me pictures of the progress which was greatly appreciated, since I was working and couldn’t be there. His crew was just as detailed and dedicated to the job as Kyle was. If the job needed something above what our estimate was, I was called, it was discussed, and agreed upon. Pictures are worth 1000 words. Thanks Rod, Kim, Kyle, and crew!

Do not trust Rod. We paid for the permit, but he did not complete the permit requirements until weeks after the job, and we had to appear at the county, and WE were fined $190. He showed us a stair on a former customer’s wall, we agreed we wanted the stair, but the stair was not installed. When asked, Rod said ‘I didn’t charge you for the stair’, another lie. His equipment broke the bark on a swamp oak and a maple tree. The worst of it was that he ruined two lawns. There is a 15’ X 40’ patch on TWO yards where the grass was destroyed. He dumped dirt and grass seed on both as a remedy, but now they are huge weed patches because he mashed down the underlying ground. We had to pay more than $2,000 for another contractor for more dirt and seed. Do not trust Rod with your property. No scruples. The attached shows what our lawn looks like two months after Rod ruined it. This was all solid grass like the areas on either side.

Capt Rod built us a high quality seawall on a tight, hard to access, site. Kyle and Allen’s teams were professional, worked hard and were very courteous. Job took 4 and 1/4 days from start to finish. They have the right equipment and tools to do the job correctly and efficiently. We would use them again; but I suspect we won’t have to. The wall was built to last. Note: when grass areas are damaged, Captain Rod repairs them with black dirt and grass seed. This can take a while to grow back in. We elected to sod the affected areas for more rapid return to use.

Very pleased with the installation by Seawalls Unlimited. The seawall is beautiful! Nik and his team were amazing. Very professional. They explained the work details and answered my questions. They were careful to minimize lawn damage. They put down track mats where they would transit over the lawn. All the stumps and debris were removed from our home. They seeded and leveled the areas effected by the equipment, leaving our yard clean and ready for us to water the new grass seed.

What an awesome job by Seawalls Unlimited! Nik, Wilson and Connor were very professional, meticulous and courteous! Everyone who has seen it is very impressed. Would highly recommend for a steel seawall and riprap (white stone leading to water). Thanks for a fantastic job! Rich and Cyndy Stevens
