Great experience with the company! The crew that worked on the project, Dan and Jimmy, not only did an amazing job, but they also work with efficiency and precision! When you get deck project rolling, ask for Dan and Jimmy. It was worth waiting to schedule with them. Constant communication and updates were made. Any decision that I needed to make on the was first explained and then given options. Jeremy and Jason were also a real pleasure to work with organizing and getting all necessary plans, permits and paperwork needed for the job. I only wish i can give them all more the 5 stars! Phase 2 has been completed, and it is a success! I had a beautiful composite deck built by Platinum Decking a month or so ago, and have recently added a patio installed by Platinum Patio. The most common comment is "it is beautiful". Saul and his team completed the project in less than two full days - from former patio demolition to soil removal to gravel base to leveling to paver placement to grouting to yard touch-up - and I agree with most that it is beautiful. Their attention to the plan was spot-on. The fact that the decking crew and the patio crew were working under the same corporate umbrella was a big selling point for me. There were no contractor delays or miscommunications between projects. Once everything was complete, there were a few minor issues that I had. I contacted Jeremy and sent him pictures of my concerns. Within days, he had Matt come and fine-tune the issues that I had. Matt power-washed the deck, touched up some miters that were iffy, and filled in some concrete footer issues that I had. Those are signs of a customer focused company, who are interested in satisfied clients. I would only give rave reviews about Platinum Builders to anyone who was interested in either a deck or a patio or both. Good people, hard-workers, and quality product. Thank you, Platinum.

Platinum Patio is an amazing company and we cannot rave about them enough. We found their company online and called for a quote. They were quick to come out and were very informative about the whole process. They answered our many questions and really put us at ease with what the next steps look like. Once the project began, they were quick and thorough. We are so happy with the finished product and we have been enjoying our patio! The owner even came out after everything was done to answer additional questions. Definitely recommend!

Have to say the whole team was great to work with. Bronz came up with a great design to start working off of and continued to help us narrow it down to have a great product within our budget. Jeremy and Scott were awesome on the other side of the project to help get the work accomplished and keeping us in the loop. The construction team with boots on the ground were fantastic…Attention to detail and cared for the rest of our yard…they didn’t damage or ruin anything. As a matter of fact, I feel they went the extra mile to ensure nothing was damaged. Very professional, helpful and ultimately a fantastic patio for us to enjoy! Thanks to the entire team. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Platinum Patio from start to finish. Breanna was extremely helpful coming to our backyard and helping us with our vision and being very responsive throughout the whole process. Everyone involved at Platinum Patio was very friendly and insightful to help our dream of making over our backyard space. The installation crew led by Mikey were extremely efficient and made some great day of suggestions which ended up improving the end result beyond what we had hoped. The pavers are beautiful, the sitting wall and lights are an amazing touch, and the finished patio easily exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to enjoy the new patio and would highly recommend Platinum Patio to our friends. We also had Platinum Decking install a beautiful brand-new deck concurrently!
