  I had an excellent experience with The Illuminators from start to finish. Joe, the owner, came out with Mike for the initial quote and was incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk me through multiple lighting options with a hands-on show-and-tell and helped me make the right selections at a very fair price. On installation day, Laddie and Jaden were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When they discovered a subterranean wasp nest right where two fixtures were supposed to go, they took it upon themselves to spray it and dig it up, just so they could complete the installation the same day. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but it shows how much this team truly cares about their customers. The lights look amazing, and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend The Illuminators if you’re looking for quality outdoor lighting and exceptional service.   If you’re reading this, it’s because, like me, you wanted to see what people are saying about The Illuminators before getting a quote. I don’t think I’ll share anything here that hasn’t been said in other reviews, but I want to echo what others wrote about their great service… and results Joe came to my house to discuss what I wanted to do with outdoor lighting. He never rushed me. In fact, he spent close to two hours with me designing a lighting plan that works well aesthetically for my house, ensuring that I had all information needed to make an informed decision, and doing this while staying within my budget. Joe is not pushy, and I never felt like I was being sold. After reading all of the five-star reviews, I chose the Illuminators to install lighting around my entire home. Within a couple weeks, I was notified that they could fit me into the installation schedule, and the work was completed yesterday. Evan and his team showed up exactly when they said they would, were friendly, walking me through the plan once more before starting the install, and they finished the installation in one day. The house and yard look amazing, and holiday decorating just became a lot easier because I can swap out colored bulbs in minutes.
