  I was using them for two years. They were pretty good, but I’m not sure. What did they use this last time That my trees are dying I’m calling them customer service and it’s like they don’t even care they give you an appointment between Monday and Thursday and they’re not sure. When are they coming or what time? Each pictures from a different tree I have like 15 and they are getting worse. And of course, they are very punctual for there payment. If anybody seen my comment and they can recommend somebody good, please leave it on the comments

  Spent more time with customers service than enjoying my lawn and the result was yellow burnt dead grass. Issues: They tell you that you don't have to be home for application and they seem to take advantage of that. 1 occasion, the app stated that the tech came out and completed service. He never showed up. After a customer service call, a tech came to only spot spray with a small sprayer, when the application was supposed to be for the full lawn. Again I had to call for them to get it right a 3rd time ( time lost about 2.5-3 weeks) Inexperienced techs 2 days prior to an application my grass was as green as it's ever been. The tech overspray many areas of my lawn and now my lawn is burnt yellow. Right on time for July and the summer. My lawn is ruined and everything I had planned for the summer lawn activities and festivities are taken over by an ugly lawn. I picked truegreen because of the name brand and I'm beyond angry and actually sad. I would not recommend and I would suggest trying smaller companies.

  The Tech arrived on schedule, rang doorbell, explained today’s service application, insured the gate was securely closed after he was finished and left the summary at the front door. Very polite in spite of dog barking at him! Overall extremely pleased with TruGreen over the past several years. Great Work and nice Techs.

  I noticed sone pesky weeds popping up along the border of my property. Unfortunately my neighbors do not treat their lawns. Therefore, I contacted TruGreen and they immediately sent a technician out to work their magic. Thank you very much.
