  Illegally parked. Rude. Explicit. Poor English. Breath reeked of alcohol and the had clearly recently smoked cannabis. If these are the boys they hire I wouldn’t use this business ever.

  I've been using JM Irrigation for 20 years and have always appreciated the work they do. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and honest. They recently had to do major repairs to my aging irrigation system and they were able to work on getting the crew out to do the repair in a short amount of time. The crew was great, fixed everything and when they were done, the gardens never looked like any excavation happened!

  They replaced all valves and upgraded the controller on the house we bought in 2022. Appointment scheduling and techs that come out have been great. Wouldn’t use anyone else

  My unground system was torn up when the village redid the street/sewers. Called JM Irrigation and explained the number of zones that were damaged. Called again a few weeks prior to appt. to make sure they understood the extent of the damage and that zones needed to be rebuilt beyond the valves. They assured me they understood. Crew that came out to fix the damage was not prepared and only attempted to fix two of five damaged zones. They said they were not prepared to fix the other zones and complained to me (the consumer) that the office told them these were simply repairs. And the work they did perform was bad - used 1/2 flexible tubing covering significant distance (I learned this when I had another company out to redo the shotty work). Sprinkler heads spaced oddly/with no foresight so they didn't cover the necessary area and had to be redone. They simply weren't prepared and tried to do the quickest fix possible when they should have said a different team needed to come out. Exchanged notes with the owner who said they would "fix the situation", but fix the situation simply meant that they would have the right team perform the rest of the work but they did nothing to address the work that was done poorly. I went with another company to finish the work who came prepared and completed the work on the remaining zones and also redid the poor work on the original zone JM rebuilt. I was charged for shotty work with no real attempt to address the problem. JM may do good work on a lot of jobs, but in this case they failed to listen upfront and then their team tried to handle something they should have left alone and I paid the price.
