  We recently had our back yard patio done by MAB and are soo happy with the results. From start to finish the whole team was kind and professional. During our first meeting we provided a very rough idea of what we were looking for, they asked questions and provided suggestions that fit our lifestyle and family. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. The design they created was beautiful and soo much better than what we could have imagined. Being able to see the design was such a great benefit for us because we were able to see how everything looked together and were able to change the colors/stone and decide what worked best for us. The crew showed up on time everyday and kept the work area clean. They were also respectful with our neighbors and their property. Seeing the progress everyday was so exciting and their attention to detail and talent was amazing. We’ve hosted a few gatherings already and have received many compliments. We recommend them to anyone looking to re-do or spruce up their outdoor space. MAB truly did an amazing job and we are soo happy we used them! They also have financing options in case that’s a better path for you and your family.

  We used MAB to remove our front existing concrete walkway from the driveway to the front porch of the house including new aprons along the driveway, and design and reconfigure a new more rounded paver walkway. We also had them power wash and refill the sand and seal our existing pavered back patio. We could not have been any happier with their professional work from start to finish. Marc was so helpful as we talked options and he asked our input on what plants we might need to lose or relocate with the new design. When we met him out in the Marengo office to look at paver choices, he had already created detailed plans which contained exactly what we had imagined plus more. His design was spectacular! MAB took care of all the paperwork to submit to our HOA architectural review commission and to the city for permits. All we had to do was sign the application and turn it into our HOA. They contacted JULIE to have utilities marked. Candy was professional and kept communicating with us at every step. They surprised us with being able to start the project even sooner than they had promised. The daily workers were tireless and true artists in how they measured and remeasured and placed the pavers in a very aesthetically pleasing pattern. Many neighbors have stopped by from our community to remark on how beautiful it turned out. The HOA commission members told us they love working with MAB because of how precise and pleasing their work always is and adds a great deal to the entire community when one of their jobs has been completed. Although they aren't the cheapest around, we feel we received a very good value for the amazing finished project. You get what you pay for and this will be enjoyed and last us for our lifetime in this house. We would recommend MAB with no hesitation! Thank you Marc, Candy, Ozzie, and all the hardworking guys!
