I scheduled an irrigation winterization service a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, I received zero notifications or updates. I had to reach out myself to confirm the time window. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. No call, no message, no explanation. I eventually canceled the appointment, and even then nobody bothered to follow up. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I rarely leave 2-star reviews, but this situation absolutely deserved it.

I had an issue with my sprinkler system where the manifold cracked. the system is over 20th old. I was going attempt to fix it myself but after spending several hours digging out the piping and finding the issue. I decided not to deal with it. I called a few places and they were all booked out.Rainbow was no exception. I explained everything that was going on and they squeezed me in the next day because they would be close by, I took pictures of everything and sent them to another place r that was going to charge me $650.00 which seemed very high. So I had the techs from Rainbow come out and the looked at the issue and said it would take at least 2 hours to fix. I told them to do it if they could. The repair only took an hour and for everything it was $180.00. Money well spent. So happy there are still honest people out there. If I ever have issues with the system again. I will not hesitate to call Rainbow!!

I fired them after close to 20 years of great customer service mostly under prior owner with completely different staff. New owner hired different staff who lacked professionalism and filed reports late with my village and misled me about when reports were in fact filed. New operating crew replaced several sprinkler heads without explaining to me and showing me why old ones needed replacement. And to make matters worse, prices jumped dramatically from prior year for parts and services without any warning. Unlike previous owner Noam, new owner Chris made no attempt to talk to let alone develop a relationship with his customers.
