  I tried to get estimates from two or three other services before landing on Ringers. They were professional from the start. The date for the estimator to come out was set and he arrived and discussed the water drainage (from our homes downspouts) project in detail. But efficiently. Less than 20 minutes to sketch out the work. About a week later photos (by a drone) of our yard were overlaid with markings to show where drainage pipes would go. They handled village approvals, completed the work cleanly and their clean up and reseeding exceeded expectations. On time and on budget!!! Can’t recommend more highly!!

  Five stars don't do justice to the incredible work done on this project. Mike had a vision for the job, which involved removing a failing two-tier retaining wall, uneven walkway, and adding new gravel to the dog pen, the dogs thank you also. We were shown some of the current material for the wall and walkway at the Crystal Lake location. A quote was given and was kept within budget. With the recommendation that Mike had, both walls were replaced with a single wall high enough to be level with the current yard ending before the wall saved money. We could not picture what he had in mind, but trusted the process. There was almost 100 feet of 3 foot high wall plus caps put in. They installed a stunning new single-tier retaining wall, along with six 2-foot by 6-foot stairs and a walkway by the lake. The crew arrived on time every day, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and worked diligently in the extreme heat. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the extra effort they put in, like moving rocks to conceal the old walkway's blocks—it made my day. Moving 4 large granite boulders from the old retaining wall flower bed to 4 different spots in the yard. The site was thoroughly cleaned up after completion. Proper landscaping was done with new seed to fix the yard were the bobcat traveled from the street down to the new wall. They even moved a flower from the spot where plywood was laid down to allow the bobcat to get the project materials to the back yard. We received weekly emails informing us the scheduled start date for the project. It was pushed out by 1 week and the week before starting it was set back to the original start date. Thank to everyone from the office staff, Mike and the entire crew for a wonderful job, it was a pleasure working with each person.

  Fantastic - We love our new patio! It's everything we wanted and more. Easy communications, professional design and execution. Expert Bobcat work removing the wooden deck. The project was timely and the new patio, stoop, fire pit and landscaping are outstanding! Highly recommend!! Ringers seriously knows how to build a patio!! It's a beauty and we are enjoying it all the time!

  After work we had done in 2022 we had Ringers come out and do some design work and revamp our landscaping. They built us a gorgeous garden wall. The whole process went well. The result far outweighed the expectation. 2022: We had Ringer's come out and put in new drainage for our yard. They did a great job of ensuring that the work was done quickly and correctly the first time. They were not the cheapest quote we received but the solution they recommended was far superior to what the cheaper quotes would have done. When the drainage was installed, they repaired our yard to look better than it had before. The grass quickly germinated, and you can no longer tell where the work was done. We had Ringers out to put in a brick patio also. It turned out amazing also. After their great work on the drainage and patio, we had Ringers replace a side walk in front of our house that was becoming dangerous. Ringers did a fantastic job and we are more confident in the safety of the step that the postal carrier uses often.

  We found Ringers Landscaping Services from a friend who used them for a patio and a fire pit. From the time Erik, one of the owners arrived, all our discussions and design changes were all handled with professionalism and care. I want to also mention the crew that came out who were both consistent and excellent. They made sure the work site was cleaned up as best they could everyday. We were particularly impressed by the skill and precision of the stone cutter. The patio we designed was very large but was completed in 13 days - on time. Amazing work.
