  VERY, VERY ANGRY at this company, BEWARE. Our sprinkler system stopped working and we had Reliable Irrigation come out to give us an estimate to repair. They provided us with an estimate of $538 to fix the repair, which didn't seem terrible as the unit wasn't communicating with the sprinkler heads. I come home, and the unit that was in my garage was moved outside (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION). I didn't pay the bill right away, as I was trying to work this out with the owner, but he told me that my wife approved the bill, when she did NOT approve relocating the unit. He essentially called my wife a liar. The amount of work to move the unit outside was simple, rewiring the unit where it was would have been worth the $538. Then, after I mentioned I'd share my terrible experience with a review, he threatened me "I'm going to put a Lian on your home". I just paid the bill, I'm sure he'll still try put a Lien on my home, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BEWARE of this very UNRELIABLE company.

  Jose D has been our regular tech from Reliable Irrigation Systems and absolutely crushed our expectations. He is always on-time, communicative, and very professional. We've used RI to regularly turn on and off our system for the seasons. They also repaired a severly damaged line where tree roots took out 4 heads. Jose was on site and repaired our irrigation system within 2 hours, incredibly fast! (picture of the removed/repaired line.) Awesome expeience from us. 100% recommend working with Jose, and this company.

  Just used Reliable for the first time to turn on sprinkler system and to address needed repairs. Jose D was great to work with. He communicated well with me and took the time to show me what he found. Did not pressure me for repair job - just stated what needed to be fixed and how he would suggest prioritizing if we didn't want to do everything. Decided to hire them for repairs and Jose D came out to do the work himself. Again, he showed me what and how he fixed everything along the way. We will continue to use their survice going forward!

  I’m a 1st timer with Reliable Irrigation! I requested Jose and he showed up to our Spring startup. He knew what he was doing and made sure all zones and sprinkler heads were in working order. He also moved a head and replaced a rotor. I am very happy with the service and the will be back out in 2 weeks for additional work. I recommend them highly.
