  Night Owl installed landscape lighting across the street from us and after seeing the results and hearing rave reviews from our neighbors, I gave them a call. Woody, the owner, listened to my lighting goals (I wanted all four sides of the house illuminated); asked good questions to clarify; took a bunch of photos, and provided a detailed estimate including marked-up photos showing his recommended lighting locations. I am very particular with my house and insist on getting into the details with anyone I work with. Many contractors can not handle that level of involvement but Woody was an excellent partner in this project; he listened to my observations and suggested changes, accepting some but explaining why he would not recommend others. Installation was extremely fast by his excellent crew who meticulously installed my 25 lights and showed me how to operate the system. The end result speaks for itself and Night Owl has already received calls from other neighbors.
