  We choose Strictly Stone for our new paver patio after talking to & getting pricing from three different contractors. David Arroyo was very professional when he came to see the project for the 1st time. He also listened to what we wanted and presented us with a plan that was not just your standard rectangular patio. He designed a space that was attractive & interesting while also saving us $ on the amount of pavers that were used. But more importantly the crew was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the guys who worked the project. They work incredibly hard. We are thrilled with our new space.

  I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of using this company, From the design to the completion, communication was consistent and on-going. Designing the back yard was effortless. I provided a few of my “required items” and a few “would like to haves” and David created a design with options that fit my budget and exceeded my expectations. Bianca spent time with me going over every detail of the build and kept me informed of all of the needed info.   **Townhome Courtyard Renovation** Our hardscape was completed in late summer of 2020. Previously our front courtyard was filled with tons of foliage + dirt, and it was wasted space in our townhome living. We opted to hardscape this area + went with Strictly Stone because of David's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of materials and his flexibility to work with me on design solutions that would best maximize our space. I wanted this courtyard to be a kid-friendly zone by day, but then an adult hangout by night; as well as minimal maintenance on landscaping while still being surrounded by beautiful foliage. We absolutely love the end product + spend lots of time out here with our son + dog. We even setup a projector screen mounted on the siding to enjoy late night movies around the fire pit. I would definitely work with the Strictly Stone team again. They take pride in their work + it shows with their attention to detail. There were some hiccups in communications, and they are working to improve those areas. This may sound like a flaw but the team worked very hard to correct the issue once they recognized it. A company that always sees room for improvement is a good thing, and they strive to be the best in what they do!

Adding a pavillion and pushing out a section of the patio. The entire team that came to build it was extremely helpful, and did great work.   David and his crew at Strictly Stone are absolutely the finest contractors we have worked with... period. We had a complicated project that involved building a new outdoor kitchen which required not only the design and construction of the actual kitchen area, but also pull-up and replacement of our brick patio and placement of a new gas line. David and his team did it all. From design, to permitting, to procurement, they handled every detail to the last. Their work was of the highest quality and the finished product has exceeded our expectations. When we had minor changes, he and his team adapted to meet our needs without even the slightest hesitation. His budget was not just fair, it was well below what we anticipated we would have to pay, and he came in exactly as promised with no surprises. The crew was on time, and courteous. It is an absolute relief and a pleasure to work with outstanding artisans, and the team at Strictly Stone exceeded our expectations at every turn. We could not be happier, and I have already contracted Strictly Stone for our next project which we hope to complete shortly. I recommend them without hesitation.
