  These guys were great. They walked me through the entire process, and everything was seamless. From the beginning, they explained every step and told me they would notify me weeks in advance before doing anything, and they did. They handled all the permits needs for the job. Leo walked me through the system setup and made sure I understood everything before he left.   Most of my communications and experiences are great. The only issue I had was after my first shut down. When they went to turn on my system, they said something was broken and blamed me. It definitely was not my fault. After a couple back and forths, they fixed it and all was good. Since then, no issues at all.

  This company is awesome. Above and beyond. 8 guys came and did the whole sprinkler system installation in 2 hours. Helped me with all the questions i had also told me that if i need to get liquid fertilizer installed it can be done without cost to me as i did not know initially they do this as well. And this company also offered maintrnance for winter and spring upto 2027. 👍

  Have a credit with the company which they claim can not be refunded. Ridiculous. Moving, so won't be dealing with these people again. Don't waste money on a company that won't provide refunds when they're due. After your response, it makes me even happier that I don't have to deal with your company anymore. I got ONE response from a tech, not 4 and no others. I'll be moving to an area that does not need irrigation and the never-ending price increases you would do. Enjoy the craphole we live in, called Illinois.

  I cannot recommend this company less. We incurred a major electrical problem as a result of the service they provided my family. In lieu of offering help (mind you I wasn’t looking for anything of monetary value), I was continuously told to reference the contract that my wife signed. Unprofessional and unkind - simply bad business.
